Guacamole – 3 ways

Traditional:

4 ripe avocados

2 limes, juiced

¼ C onion, diced small

2 tbsp cilantro, chopped fine

1 tsp salt

  1. Slices avocados in half, discard pits, and remove rind. Mash avocados with a fork until mostly smooth with some small chunks left.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients into mashed avocados until incorporated.

Tangy Pineapple: add ½ C diced fresh pineapple and 2 tbsp orange juice to traditional guacamole

Chesapeake: add 1 can crab meat and 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning to traditional guacamole
