Journaling for Spring

By Steph G.

Do you keep a journal or diary? I loved writing in a journal when I was younger, but as I crossed over into adulthood, I lost the drive. I didn’t want it to just be a record of my days, but I wasn’t sure what else to write.

I saw a photography challenge a few weeks ago that gave photographers a daily photo “challenge”, and it inspired me to come up with a sort-of journaling “challenge” per-se. So, I’m sharing with you 31 journaling ideas for the month of May – take them or leave them, but maybe you’ll see it as a good start to jump into journaling if you’re lacking some inspiration.

  1. What are three things that happened today that you’re grateful for?
  2. Who is someone you admire?
  3. What is a moment you wish you could re-visit?
  4. What are 4 things you like about spring?
